⭐ TERMS OF SERVICE — KEYS TO STRONG COACHING PROGRAM
- Program Overview
Keys to Strong is an online fitness coaching program designed to help clients improve strength, build muscle, reduce body fat, and develop sustainable lifestyle habits. This program includes training guidance, nutrition coaching, accountability systems, and educational resources delivered through digital platforms.
- Eligibility & Personal Responsibility
By joining this program, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have consulted with a physician before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program.
You understand that results depend on your own effort, consistency, and adherence to the program.
You are responsible for communicating injuries, health concerns, or limitations to your coach.
You acknowledge that coaching does not replace medical advice, therapy, or licensed dietitian services.
- Payment Policy
Payments are non-refundable due to the digital and customized nature of the program.
Monthly coaching is billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
If you choose a payment plan, all payments must be completed regardless of early termination.
Payment failure may result in temporary suspension of coaching access.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your future subscription renewals with written notice.
However:
No refunds are issued for payments already made.
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
For paid-in-full programs, your enrollment covers the entire agreed term and cannot be refunded.
- No-Show & Meeting Policy (For VIP or Hybrid Coaching)
If your program includes coaching calls or check-ins:
No-Show Policy:
If you miss a scheduled call without notice, it is considered a no-show and cannot be rescheduled.
Reschedule Policy:
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Repeated rescheduling (3+ times) may result in loss of the call benefit for that month.
Late Policy:
If you are more than 10 minutes late to a call, the call may be ended early and counted as used.
- Online Check-In Policy
(For group and VIP coaching)
Weekly check-ins must be submitted within the check-in window to receive feedback.
Late check-ins may be reviewed the following week.
Consistent missed check-ins may impact progress and do not qualify for refunds.
- Coaching Communication Policy
Response times are typically within 24–48 hours Monday–Friday.
Weekend messages will be addressed the following business day.
Messaging support is for coaching-related questions only; emergency medical issues should be handled by a licensed medical professional.
- Coaching Expectations
You agree to:
Follow the program to the best of your ability
Communicate honestly
Submit check-ins consistently
Notify your coach of injuries or changes in health
Ask questions when clarification is needed
Your coach agrees to:
Provide guidance, support, and feedback
Adjust programming as needed
Offer professional and ethical coaching within the scope of practice
- Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You voluntarily engage in physical activity at your own risk.
You assume full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur.
You release your coach (Katie, Keys to Strong) from liability for any losses, injuries, or damages related to your participation.
You understand that fitness coaching inherently involves physical exertion, and you assume all risks associated with exercise, including but not limited to:
Muscle soreness
Strains or sprains
Cardiovascular complications
Accidents or injuries from equipment
General discomfort or fatigue
- Nutrition Disclaimer
Nutrition guidance is based on general wellness principles and is not a medical prescription.
Your coach is not a physician or registered dietitian and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
You should consult a healthcare provider before making major dietary changes.
- Progress & Results Disclaimer
There are no guaranteed results in any fitness program.
Your outcome depends on:
Consistency
Effort
Adherence
Mindset
Sleep, stress, environment, and individual differences
You acknowledge that:
Transformations vary from person to person
You hold responsibility for applying the program effectively
- Intellectual Property
All resources, workouts, plans, PDFs, and program materials are the property of Keys to Strong and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
- Termination of Coaching
Your coach may terminate the coaching relationship if:
You display disrespectful behavior
You repeatedly miss check-ins
You fail to adhere to the program requirements
You violate policies or make communication unsafe/unproductive
If terminated, no refunds will be issued.
- Confidentiality
Client information, photos, check-ins, and conversations remain private and will not be shared without consent (except anonymized progress examples).
- Agreement
By enrolling in this program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You understand that this agreement is legally binding.
