Most people know me as KatieWithTheKeys.I wear a few hats (and plenty of gym hoodies): I’m a licensed Realtor here in Jacksonville, Florida, and also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. On the surface, those might sound like two completely different careers — but to me, they’re deeply connected. My mission is simple: to give you the keys to unlock your next chapter, whether that’s a new home, a healthier body, or a complete lifestyle glow-up.My own journey hasn’t been a straight line. I earned my BS in IT and Digital Media, but along the way I discovered a passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping others transform. I’ve lost weight, built muscle, and rebuilt confidence from the ground up — and I know how powerful that journey can be when you have the right guidance. That’s why I create training programs for all levels, from beginners starting their health journey to women looking to tone, strengthen, and redefine what’s possible.When I’m not coaching clients or touring homes, you’ll find me exploring Jacksonville’s beaches, checking out local food spots, or planning my next fitness challenge.
